Enquanto aguardo o início do Fórum de Mídia Livre de Vitória, uma bela história sobre os novos tempos. Em Romão, bairro de Vitória, um rapazinho de 16 anos resolveu montar sua rádio comunitária. Primeiro, acertou a transmissão através do MSN. Montou uma rede de amigos que recebiam a transmissão. Depois, resolveu ampliar. Pegou um tubo de poliester, comprou um alto-falante e ligou a saída de som do computador a um poste. O bairro passou a ter música ao vivo sem passar pelas ondas radiofônicas. Resolveu ampliar o projeto, mas esbarra em dificuldades. Para conseguir financiamento – de banco social ou da prefeitura – precisa der pessoa jurídica. Enquanto isto, a rádio do poste vai recolhendo informações sobre gostos e pedidos da vizinhança.
